Results: Other elements were to use low maintenance, ‘ground cover’ planting schemes where the emphasis is on plants that will cover the soil & therefore ‘out compete’ the weeds therefore reducing them in number. Areas of a site that were unattractive became pleasant to look at and need less time and attention in the future, therefore reducing costs greatly.
